Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Mercer Mustangs (Mercer, PA) and the visiting Sharpsville Blue Devils (Sharpsville, PA), saw Mercer's basketball squad overcome Sharpsville by a tally of 60-43.

With the victory, Mercer improves its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Lakeview (Stoneboro, PA) to confront the Sailors in a District 10 Region 2 challenge on Friday, January 20. The Sailors come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Lakeview won 54-22 in their recent non-league challenge against Commodore Perry (Hadley, PA)
