Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Notre Dame-Green Pond crushes Moravian Academy
January 17, 2023: Easton, PA 18045 Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Moravian Academy Lions (Bethlehem, PA), 75-43 in a league bout.
With the victory, Notre Dame-Green Pond upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Palmerton (Palmerton, PA) to play the Blue Bombers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 19. The Blue Bombers come into the bout with a record of 14-1. Palmerton won 63-39 in their recent league bout against Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA)
Next up, the Lions play the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 20. Moravian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 46-24 non-league win over Palisades (Kintnersville, PA).
