Michigan High School Basketball - Muskegon overwhelms Union
January 17, 2023: Muskegon, MI 49441 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Muskegon Big Reds (Muskegon, MI) and the visiting Union Red Hawks (Grand Rapids, MI), saw Muskegon's basketball squad wallop Union by a tally of 83-42.
With the victory, Muskegon improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Big Reds travel to Wyoming (Wyoming, MI) to confront the Wolves in a Ottawa-Kent - Green challenge on Friday, January 20. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Wyoming won 72-54 in their recent league challenge against Holland (Holland, MI)
Next up, the Red Hawks confront the Holland Dutch (Holland, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Green challenge, on Friday, January 20. Union will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Dutch come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 72-54 league loss to Wyoming (Wyoming, MI).
