Rhode Island High School Basketball - Providence Country Day tipped by Toll Gate

The Toll Gate Titans basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Providence Country Day Knights to 49 in the Titans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Titans now sport a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Times Squared Academy for a Division 2 contest on Thursday, January 19. Toll Gate will meet a Eagles team coming off a 74-41 league loss to St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI). The Eagles record now stands at 0-10.

The Knights (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Huskies enter the Division 2 contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Mt. Hope nudged Tolman (Pawtucket, RI), 64-54, in a league contest.
