Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Toll Gate Titans (Warwick, RI), 67-37 in a league bout.

With the win, Mt. Hope upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Huskies host Cranston West (Cranston, RI) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Cranston West lost 92-73 in their recent league bout against Johnston (Johnston, RI)

Next up, the Titans clash with the St. Raphael Academy Saints (Pawtucket, RI) in a Division 2 bout, on Monday, December 19. Toll Gate will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 62-57 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, RI).
