The Ravenscroft Ravens basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the visiting Cary Christian Knights to 51 in the Ravens non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Ravens now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cary Academy for a NCISAA Triangle contest on Friday, January 19. Ravenscroft will battle a Chargers team coming off a 82-37 non-league win over Thales Academy Apex (Apex, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 9-6.
The Knights (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Tigers come into the NCISAA Capital City contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Trinity Academy triumphed over Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill (Durham, NC), 76-60, in a non-league contest.
