January 17, 2024: Laramie, WY 82070 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Laramie Plainsmen (Laramie, WY) and the visiting East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY), saw Laramie's basketball squad overcome East by a tally of 75-63.
With the victory, Laramie improves its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Plainsmen travel to Central (Cheyenne, WY) to confront the Indians in a 4A Southeast challenge on Friday, January 19. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 13-0. Central won 71-28 in their recent league challenge against South (Cheyenne, WY)
Next up, the Thunderbirds confront the South Bison (Cheyenne, WY) in a 4A Southeast challenge, on Thursday, January 18. East will attempt to improve on its 11-3 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 0-11 record after their 71-28 league loss to Central (Cheyenne, WY).
