January 17, 2024: Orleans, VT 05860 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Randolph Ghosts (Randolph, VT) and the host Lake Region Rangers (Orleans, VT), saw Randolph's basketball squad overcome Lake Region by a tally of 41-33.
With the victory, Randolph improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Ghosts host Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT) to confront the Lancers in a Capital challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Lamoille won 70-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Peoples Academy (Morrisville, VT)
Next up, the Rangers confront the Thetford Academy Panthers (Thetford, VT) in a Capital challenge, on Friday, January 19. Lake Region will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 60-51 non-league win over North Country Union (Newport, VT).
