California High School Basketball - Nordhoff nips Carpinteria
January 17, 2024: Ojai, CA 93023 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Nordhoff Rangers (Ojai, CA) and the visiting Carpinteria Warriors (Carpinteria, CA), saw Nordhoff's basketball squad hold off Carpinteria by a tally of 56-51.
With the victory, Nordhoff improves its record to 6-10 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Hueneme (Oxnard, CA) to play the Vikings in a Citrus Coast challenge on Friday, January 19. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 0-7. Hueneme lost 39-30 in their recent league challenge against Malibu (Malibu, CA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Channel Islands Raiders (Oxnard, CA) in a Citrus Coast challenge, on Friday, January 19. Carpinteria will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record.
