The Moses Brown Quakers (Providence, RI) basketball crushed the visiting Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI), 65-42 in Wednesday's league test.

The Quakers (9-1) will now prepare for their test against Woonsocket (Woonsocket, RI). The Villa Novans go into the Division 2 test with a 0-11 record. In their last test, Woonsocket was trounced by Coventry (Coventry, RI), 62-45, in a league test.

The Thunderbolts now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Mount St. Charles Academy for a Division 2 test on Friday, January 19. Cranston East will encounter a Mounties squad coming off a 56-43 league win over Smithfield (Esmond, RI). The Mounties record now stands at 10-3.
