Cypress Springs Panthers (Cypress, TX) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cypress Park Tigers (Cypress, TX), 97-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Cypress Springs upgrades its record to 21-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 6A Region II District 16 bout on Saturday, January 20. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 17-11. Cypress Ranch won 48-39 in their recent league bout against Cypress Woods (Cypress, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the Bridgeland Bears (Cypress, TX) in a 6A Region II District 16 bout, on Saturday, January 20. Cypress Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-17 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 15-13 record after their 56-51 league loss to Langham Creek (Houston, TX).
