Ohio High School Basketball - Alliance overwhelms Salem
January 17, 2025: Salem, OH 44460 The Alliance Aviators basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Salem Quakers to 32 in the Aviators league triumph on Friday.
The Aviators now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Woodridge for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Alliance will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-53 league win over Field (Mogadore, OH). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.
With the loss, Salem falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Quakers travel to Minerva (Minerva, OH) to confront the Lions in a Eastern Buckeye game on Tuesday, January 21. The Lions go into the game with a record of 6-8. Minerva lost 66-58 in their recent non-league game against Smithville (Smithville, OH)
