The Comer Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Altamont Knights to 49 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.

The Tigers now have a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Winterboro for a non-league game on Monday, January 20. Comer will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 60-40 non-league loss to Childersburg (Childersburg, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-15.

With the loss, Altamont falls to 1-17 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Midfield (Midfield, AL) to confront the Patriots in a 3A Area 8 game on Wednesday, January 22.
