Oklahoma High School Basketball - Muskogee knocks off Bixby
January 17, 2025: Muskogee, OK 74403 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Muskogee Roughers (Muskogee, OK) and the visiting Bixby Spartans (Bixby, OK), observed Muskogee's basketball team overcome Bixby by a margin of 70-61.
The Roughers (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Putnam City West (Oklahoma City, OK). The Patriots come into the 6A District 3 challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, Putnam City West dropped by Westmoore (Oklahoma City, OK), 57-47, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Union Redhawks (Tulsa, OK) in a 6A District 3 challenge, on Friday, January 17. Bixby will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Redhawks come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 68-61 non-league loss to Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK).
