South Carolina High School Basketball - Greer Middle College fells Broome

The Greer Middle College Blazers basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Broome Centurions to 49 in the Blazers league triumph on Friday.

The Blazers now have a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Union County for a AAA Region 3 game on Tuesday, January 21. Greer Middle College will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 63-52 league loss to Chapman (Inman, SC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, Broome falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Centurions travel to Mountain View Prep (Spartanburg, SC) to confront the Stars in a AAA Region 3 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Stars go into the game with a record of 6-9. Mountain View Prep won 53-51 in their recent non-league game against Carolina International (Concord, NC)
