Washington High School Basketball - Mt. Spokane defeats Cheney
January 17, 2025: Mead, WA 99021 The Mt. Spokane Wildcats (Mead, WA) basketball were winner over the visiting Cheney Blackhawks (Cheney, WA), 64-46 in Friday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 10-5 record. They play next when they travel to Gonzaga Prep for a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane bout on Tuesday, January 21. Mt. Spokane will play a Bullpups team coming off a 58-56 league win over Mead (Spokane, WA). The Bullpups record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, Cheney falls to 4-10 on the campaign. The Blackhawks travel to Mead (Spokane, WA) to play the Panthers in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 9-4. Mead lost 58-56 in their recent league bout against Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA)
