In Friday's league test, the Christ the Cornerstone Academy Defenders (Laurinburg, NC) basketball squad trounced the visiting Cornerstone Christian Academy Cougars (Fayetteville, NC), by a score of 61-36.

Next, the Defenders encounter the Sandhills Classical Christian Lions (Whispering Pines, NC) in a Carolinas Christian test, on Monday, January 20. Christ the Cornerstone Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-1 season record.
