The Covenant Academy basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting David Emanuel Academy Eagles to 31 in the league triumph on Friday.

The now possess a 5-9 record. They play next when they host Central Georgia Arts for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21.

With the loss, David Emanuel Academy falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Eagles host Thomas Jefferson Academy (Louisville, GA) to confront the Jaguars in a GIAA A Region 4 game on Tuesday, January 21.
