The Union Grove Christian Patriots were victorious over the visiting Faith Christian Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 63-47 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Patriots face the Veritas Christian Academy Warriors (Arden, NC) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 18. Union Grove Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 18-4 season record.

The Eagles (12-6) will now prepare for their outing against Liberty Christian (Durham, NC). The Patriots enter the NCCSA AA West Region 2 outing with a 8-5 record. In their last outing, Liberty Christian ran past Southside Christian (Clayton, NC), 73-35, in a non-league outing.
