Alabama High School Basketball - Mae Jemison bests Grissom
January 17, 2025: Huntsville, AL 35810 The Mae Jemison Jaguars basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Grissom Tigers to 50 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Friday.
The Jaguars now possess a 14-8 record. They play next when they travel to Business Engineering Science Tech for a non-league game on Monday, January 20. Mae Jemison will play a Eagles team coming off a 72-40 league win over Wesleyan (Norcross, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Grissom falls to 8-16 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Huntsville (Huntsville, AL) to play the Panthers in a 7A Area 7 game on Friday, January 24. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 23-1.
