University School of Jackson Bruins (Jackson, TN) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Obion County Rebels (Troy, TN), 78-71 in a non-league match.

With the victory, University School of Jackson upgrades its record to 13-4 on the year. The Bruins host Trinity Christian Academy (Jackson, TN) to face the Lions in a Division II-A West District 5 match on Tuesday, January 21. The Lions enter the match with a record of 13-6. Trinity Christian Academy lost 67-62 in their recent non-league match against Haywood (Brownsville, TN)
