South Carolina High School Basketball - Berea bests Pickens
January 17, 2025: Greenville, SC 29617 The Berea Bulldogs (Greenville, SC) basketball toppled the visiting Pickens Blue Flame (Pickens, SC), 51-36 in Friday's league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Greer for a AAAA Region 2 bout on Friday, January 24. Berea will play a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 50-29 non-league win over Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 6-10.
With the loss, Pickens falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Blue flame host Daniel (Central, SC) to play the Lions in a AAAA Region 2 bout on Wednesday, January 22. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 13-4.
