The Hershey Panthers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Valentine to 42 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Holdrege for a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. Hershey will confront a Dusters team coming off a 32-29 non-league loss to Adams Central (Hastings, NE). The Dusters record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Valentine falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The travel to Ogallala (Ogallala, NE) to confront the Indians in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The Indians go into the game with a record of 8-3. Ogallala won 71-39 in their recent league game against Cozad (Cozad, NE)
