With the victory, Melrose upgrades its record to 4-6 on the year. The Golden Wildcats travel to Ridgeway (Memphis, TN) to face the Roadrunners in a 3A District 16 match on Tuesday, January 21. The Roadrunners enter the match with a record of 5-7. Ridgeway won 44-40 in their recent league match against Kirby (Memphis, TN)
The Knights now sport a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgeway for a 3A District 16 match on Friday, January 24. Power Center Academy will face a Roadrunners squad coming off a 40-22 league win over Melrose (Memphis, TN). The Roadrunners record now stands at 6-7.
