Wyoming High School Basketball - Natrona County fells Star Valley

January 17, 2025: Afton, WY 83110

The Natrona County Mustangs basketball team scored 45 points and limited the host Star Valley Braves to 29 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson Hole for a 4A West game on Saturday, January 18. Natrona County will confront a Broncs team coming off a 47-33 non-league loss to Highland (Pocatello, ID). The Broncs record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Star Valley falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Braves host Kelly Walsh (Casper, WY) to confront the Trojans in a 4A West game on Saturday, January 18. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 0-9. Kelly Walsh lost 65-37 in their recent non-league game against Central (Cheyenne, WY)
