The White Mountains Spartans basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Winnisquam Bears to 26 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now have a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Colebrook Academy for a non-league game on Monday, January 20. White Mountains will confront a Mohawks team coming off a 70-14 league win over Epping (Epping, NH). The Mohawks record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, Winnisquam falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Bears host Gilford (Gilford, NH) to confront the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, January 20. The Golden Eagles go into the game with a record of 7-2.
