New York High School Basketball - Highland overwhelms Ellenville
January 17, 2025: Highland, NY 12528 The Highland Huskies basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Ellenville Blue Devils to 11 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Huskies now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Minisink Valley for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22. Highland will confront a Warriors team coming off a 48-14 non-league loss to Monroe-Woodbury (Central Valley, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 0-7.
With the loss, Ellenville falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Eldred (Eldred, NY) to confront the Yellowjackets in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. The Yellowjackets go into the game with a record of 2-1. Eldred lost 21-14 in their recent non-league game against Chester (Chester, NY)
