North Carolina High School Basketball - Leesville Road nips Cardinal Gibbons
January 17, 2025: Raleigh, NC 27613 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Leesville Road Pride basketball team scored a close 54-53 triumph over the Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders.
The Pride (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Athens Drive (Raleigh, NC). The Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 0-10 record. In their last contest, Athens Drive was tipped by Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC), 46-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC) in a contest, on Wednesday, January 22. Cardinal Gibbons will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record.
