In Saturday's non-league test, the Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) basketball squad got by the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), by a score of 45-38.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Winslow Black Raiders (Winslow, ME) in a C South test, on Monday, January 19. Mount View will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Black Raiders come into the test with a 8-3 record after their 64-24 non-league win over Waterville (Waterville, ME).
