The River Ridge Knights basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Johns Creek Gladiators to 48 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sequoyah for a AAAAAA Region 7 contest on Thursday, January 20. River Ridge will meet a Chiefs team coming off a 69-61 league win over Centennial (Roswell, GA). The Chiefs record now stands at 15-4.

The Gladiators (4-13) will now prepare for their contest against Creekview (Canton, GA). The Grizzlies enter the AAAAAA Region 7 contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Creekview was routed by Cambridge (Milton, GA), 51-33, in a league contest.
