South Dakota High School Basketball - Douglas ripped by Riggs
January 18, 2022: Box Elder, SD 57719 The Riggs Governors basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Douglas Patriots to 14 in the Governors league triumph on Tuesday.
The Governors now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brandon Valley for a AA contest on Friday, January 21. Riggs will meet a Lynx team coming off a 54-22 league win over Douglas (Box Elder, SD). The Lynx record now stands at 7-1.
The Patriots (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Belle Fourche (Belle Fourche, SD). The Broncs enter the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Belle Fourche triumphed over Hill City (Hill City, SD), 58-50, in a league contest.
