The Great Bridge Wildcats basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Lakeland Cavaliers to 49 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nansemond River for a Southeastern contest on Wednesday, January 19.

The Cavaliers (5-4) will now prepare for their contest against Indian River (Chesapeake, VA). The Braves enter the Southeastern contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Indian River ran past Tallwood (Virginia Beach, VA), 61-25, in a non-league contest.
