January 18, 2023: Midlothian, VA 23112 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the James River Midlothian Rapids (Midlothian, VA) and the host Clover Hill Cavaliers (Midlothian, VA), saw James River Midlothian's basketball squad overcome Clover Hill by a tally of 65-52.
With the victory, James River Midlothian improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Rapids travel to Cosby (Midlothian, VA) to confront the Titans in a Dominion challenge on Friday, January 20. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Cosby won 55-52 in their recent league challenge against Huguenot (Richmond, VA)
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the L.C. Bird Skyhawks (Chesterfield, VA) in a Dominion challenge, on Friday, January 20. Clover Hill will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Skyhawks come into the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 62-52 non-league win over Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA).
