The Merritt Island Mustangs topped the visiting Sebastian River Sharks basketball team by a final score of 62-53 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Port St. Lucie Jaguars (Port St. Lucie, FL) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 20. Merritt Island will attempt to move on its 8-7 season record.
