California High School Basketball - Franklin overwhelms Pleasant Grove
January 18, 2023: Elk Grove, CA 95757 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Franklin Wildcats (Elk Grove, CA) and the visiting Pleasant Grove Eagles (Elk Grove, CA), saw Franklin's basketball squad wallop Pleasant Grove by a tally of 64-27.
With the victory, Franklin improves its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Jesuit (Carmichael, CA) to confront the Marauders in a challenge on Friday, January 20. The Marauders come into the challenge with a record of 29-3. Jesuit won 57-48 in their recent league challenge against Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Sheldon Huskies (Sacramento, CA) in a challenge, on Monday, January 23. Pleasant Grove will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
