Minnesota High School Basketball - Albany overwhelms Holdingford
January 18, 2024: Albany, MN 56307 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Albany Huskies (Albany, MN) and the visiting Holdingford Huskers (Holdingford, MN), saw Albany's basketball squad wallop Holdingford by a tally of 85-50.
With the victory, Albany improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Little Falls (Little Falls, MN) to confront the Flyers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 19. The Flyers come into the challenge with a record of 9-3. Little Falls won 72-59 in their recent non-league challenge against Mora (Mora, MN)
Next up, the Huskers confront the Kimball Cubs (Kimball, MN) in a AA Section 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Holdingford will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record.
