January 18, 2024: Washington, DC 20032 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Friendship Tech Prep Academy Titans (Washington, DC) and the visiting Friendship Collegiate Academy Knights (Washington, DC), saw Friendship Tech Prep Academy's basketball squad wallop Friendship Collegiate Academy by a tally of 68-23.
With the victory, Friendship Tech Prep Academy improves its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Roosevelt (Washington, DC) to confront the Roughriders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Roughriders come into the challenge with a record of 14-5. Roosevelt won 69-58 in their recent league challenge against Ballou (Washington, DC)
Next up, the Knights confront the Avalon Black Knights (Wheaton, MD) in a Freelance challenge, on Friday, January 19. Friendship Collegiate Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Black Knights come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 97-47 non-league loss to St. Albans (Washington, DC).
