In Thursday's non-league outing, the Gateway Eagles (Fort Myers, FL) basketball squad felled the visiting Island Coast Gators (Cape Coral, FL), by a margin of 81-68.

The Eagles (13-2) will now prepare for their outing against Bonita Springs (Bonita Springs, FL). The Bullsharks go into the non-league outing with a 0-18 record. In their last outing, Bonita Springs was beaten by South Fort Myers (Fort Myers, FL), 70-37, in a non-league outing.
