Wisconsin High School Basketball - West De Pere nips New London
January 18, 2024: New London, WI 54961 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the West De Pere Phantoms (De Pere, WI) and the host New London Bulldogs (New London, WI), saw West De Pere's basketball squad hold off New London by a count of 57-54.
With the victory, West De Pere upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Phantoms host Plymouth (Plymouth, WI) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 22. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 11-2. Plymouth won 88-82 in their recent league challenge against Winneconne (Winneconne, WI)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Green Bay West Wildcats (Green Bay, WI) in a Bay challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. New London will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 63-47 league loss to Seymour (Seymour, WI).
