January 18, 2024: Livingston, NJ 07039 The Newark Academy Minutemen (Livingston, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting Tech Panthers (Newark, NJ), 55-20 in Thursday's league test.
The Minutemen (6-5) will now prepare for their test against West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Mountaineers go into the non-league test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, West Orange walloped Livingston (Livingston, NJ), 52-50, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Verona for a non-league test on Saturday, January 20. Tech will encounter a Hillbillies squad coming off a 68-37 league loss to Millburn (Millburn, NJ). The Hillbillies record now stands at 4-9.
