Oklahoma High School Basketball - Yale knocked off by Pawnee
January 18, 2024: Yale, OK 74085 The Pawnee Black Bears basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Yale Bulldogs to 49 in the Black Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Black Bears now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Frontier for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Pawnee will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 94-48 non-league win over Sperry (Sperry, OK). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-4.
The Bulldogs (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Sperry (Sperry, OK). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Sperry was outscored by Frontier (Red Rock, OK), 94-48, in a non-league contest.
