Ohio High School Basketball - Salem overwhelmed by Carrollton
January 18, 2024: Carrollton, OH 44615 The Carrollton Warriors basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Salem Quakers to 23 in the Warriors non-league victory on Thursday.
The Warriors now sport a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Branch for a non-league contest on Monday, January 22. Carrollton will battle a Warriors team coming off a 55-36 non-league loss to Louisville (Louisville, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 6-4.
The Quakers (1-9) will now prepare for their contest against Marlington (Alliance, OH). The Dukes come into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Marlington triumphed over Minerva (Minerva, OH), 48-42, in a non-league contest.
