Vermont High School Basketball - Hazen crushes Danville
January 18, 2024: Hardwick, VT 05843 Hazen Wildcats (Hardwick, VT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Danville Bears (Danville, VT), 81-19 in a league bout.
With the win, Hazen upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Wildcats host Spaulding (Barre, VT) to play the Crimson Tide in a Metro bout on Friday, January 19. The Crimson Tide go into the bout with a record of 4-5.
Next up, the Bears play the Stowe Raiders (Stowe, VT) in a Mountain bout, on Saturday, January 20. Danville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 88-12 league loss to Richford (Richford, VT).
