In Saturday's non-league test, the Pope John Paul II Knights (Hendersonville, TN) basketball squad knocked off the host Cane Ridge Ravens (Nashville, TN), by a score of 75-60.

Next, the Knights encounter the Montgomery Bell Academy Big Red (Nashville, TN) in a Division II-AA Middle test, on Tuesday, January 21. Pope John Paul II will attempt to improve on its 20-2 season record. The Big Red come into the test with a 13-2 record after their 61-48 league win over Lipscomb Academy (Nashville, TN).
