January 18, 2025: Coldwater, OH 45828 Coldwater Cavaliers (Coldwater, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Memorial Roughriders (St. Marys, OH), 53-38 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Coldwater upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Cavaliers host Fort Recovery (Fort Recovery, OH) to face the Indians in a Midwest match on Friday, January 24. The Indians enter the match with a record of 3-11. Fort Recovery lost 67-37 in their recent non-league match against Crestview (Convoy, OH)
The Roughriders now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Van Wert for a Western Buckeye match on Friday, January 24. Memorial will face a Cougars squad coming off a 53-36 non-league win over Bryan (Bryan, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 6-9.
