Ohio High School Basketball - Defiance defeats Fairview
January 18, 2025: Defiance, OH 43512 The Defiance Bulldogs (Defiance, OH) basketball were winner over the visiting Fairview Apaches (Sherwood, OH), 48-30 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Archbold for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Defiance will play a Blue Streaks team coming off a 47-23 non-league win over Holgate (Holgate, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Fairview falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Apaches host Antwerp (Antwerp, OH) to play the Archers in a Green Meadows bout on Friday, January 24. The Archers go into the bout with a record of 4-11. Antwerp lost 52-38 in their recent non-league bout against Lincolnview (Van Wert, OH)
