New Jersey High School Basketball - Marlboro fells Princeton
January 18, 2025: Marlboro, NJ 07723 The Marlboro Mustangs basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Princeton Tigers to 35 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Mustangs now have a 4-6 record. They play next when they host Manalapan for a Shore A - North game on Tuesday, January 21. Marlboro will confront a Braves team coming off a 69-56 non-league win over Manchester Township (Lakehurst, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Princeton falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to West Windsor-Plainsboro North (Plainsboro, NJ) to confront the Knights in a Colonial Valley game on Tuesday, January 21. The Knights go into the game with a record of 11-2. West Windsor-Plainsboro North lost 49-48 in their recent non-league game against Hunterdon Central (Flemington, NJ)
