New Jersey High School Basketball - Notre Dame victorious over Marlboro
December 21, 2024: Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Notre Dame Irish basketball team scored a good 67-56 triumph over the Marlboro Mustangs.
The Irish (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bensalem (Bensalem, PA). The Fighting Owls go into the non-league contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Bensalem topped Harry S. Truman (Levittown, PA), 52-37, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Freehold Boro Colonials (Freehold, NJ) in a Shore A - North contest, on Friday, December 27. Marlboro will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Colonials go into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 47-44 non-league win over Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ).
