Central Indians (Cheyenne, WY) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Sheridan Broncs (Sheridan, WY), 49-44 in a league match.

With the victory, Central upgrades its record to 11-1 on the year. The Indians host East (Cheyenne, WY) to face the Thunderbirds in a 4A East match on Wednesday, January 22. The Thunderbirds enter the match with a record of 11-1. East won 56-40 in their recent league match against Campbell County (Gillette, WY)

The Broncs now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laramie for a 4A East match on Friday, January 24. Sheridan will face a Plainsmen squad coming off a 48-31 league loss to Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 8-4.
