Next, the Cubs encounter the St. Mary's Academy Cougars (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 21. Mt. Carmel will attempt to improve on its 13-5 season record. The Cougars come into the test with a 3-13 record after their 34-31 non-league loss to Academy of Our Lady (Marrero, LA).
The Tarpons (8-10) will now prepare for their test against West Jefferson (Harvey, LA). The Buccaneers come into the non-league test with a 7-12 record. In their last test, West Jefferson was knocked off by Phoenix (Braithwaite, LA), 48-10, in a non-league test.
